Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve troubleshooting and resolving software problems, ensuring the smooth operation of enterprise network operations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Troubleshoot and resolve software problems within critical business systems. - Ensure the smooth operation of enterprise network operations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions. - Contribute to the improvement of support processes and procedures. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations. - Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving network issues. - Knowledge of network security principles and best practices. - Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools. - Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations. - This position is based in Manila. Minimum 7 year(s) of experience is required
