Description:Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and associated tools like AWS DynamoDB, AWS Lambda, and AWS Administration to provide dynamic support to the business systems.
- Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to critical business systems, identifying and resolving issues within multiple components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and minimize system downtime.
Utilize AWS and associated tools like AWS DynamoDB, AWS Lambda, and AWS Administration to provide dynamic support to the business systems.- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles.
- Professional & Technical Skills:
Must have 2 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Proficiency in AWS DynamoDB, AWS Lambda, and AWS Administration.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within complex business systems
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additional Information

Experience with monitoring and logging tools like CloudWatch, ELK Stack, or Prometheus.- Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline.
