Job Description: Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Details:
The role is for Operation support using Control-M Scheduling (3rd party tool from BMC vendor). Support will be related to incidents, change requests, manual execution, or inquiries about Control-M jobs. Support will start from creating and testing jobs in Non-Production to the deployment in the Production environment. Development skills needed for automation opportunity and maintenance on homegrown tools for the Control-M Scheduling tool. The resource will also be supporting the current CIO Bot which was developed using ASP.NET as well the required maintenance for vulnerabilities and development for the feature enhancements.
Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will identify and solve issues within multiple critical business systems components. Your typical day will involve working with Microsoft ASP.NET and providing dynamic support to ensure the smooth functioning of the systems.
