Job Responsibilities
- Application Support: Provide support for our suite of applications, addressing user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical challenges promptly.
- Root Cause Analysis: Investigate and analyze application-related problems, identifying underlying causes and implementing preventive measures.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to escalate and resolve complex issues, ensuring seamless application functionality.
- Documentation: Contribute to documentation, including knowledge base articles, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimizations.
- Release Management: Assist in the deployment of application updates, patches, and enhancements.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in application support or related roles.
- Proficiency in C# .NET, ASP, and MVC.
- Strong expertise in SQL Server and database management.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and/or Model N is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- ITIL certification is a plus.
