Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Windows Server Administration, ensuring smooth operations and resolving any technical challenges that arise.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

Provide dynamic support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
Ensure smooth operations of critical business systems.
Identify and solve issues within multiple components of the systems.

Continuously improve system performance and stability.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Required Skill: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
Strong understanding of system architecture and infrastructure.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.
Experience in working with ticketing systems.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
This position is based in Cebu.
