• Duties & Responsibilities:

Provides direct technical support to customers.

• Responds to L1 tickets within the required target response/resolution time and update the users regarding their ticket's progress.

Work alongside development team who is hands-on and will assist in providing a technical solution.

• Validate issues raised by the L1 support team and check if this is in product scope.

Initial troubleshooting and support of products and system application.

• Provides immediate customer assistance for emergency and URGENT fixes as defined in service definition.

Creates temporary work-around for immediate customer issues where appropriate.

• Documents and logs all contacts and actions into database per specified guidelines.

Escalates to Level 2 by packaging, with concise description, actions, and traces required for escalation.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related field.

• At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is an advantage.

Familiar with any Service Desk or Helpdesk System to capture user requests and its status- FreshService or any ticketing tool.

• Ability to perform remote troubleshooting with good communication in English, written or verbal.
