Duties & Responsibilities:
Provides direct technical support to customers.
Responds to L1 tickets within the required target response/resolution time and update the users regarding their ticket's progress.
Work alongside development team who is hands-on and will assist in providing a technical solution.
Validate issues raised by the L1 support team and check if this is in product scope.
Initial troubleshooting and support of products and system application.
Provides immediate customer assistance for emergency and URGENT fixes as defined in service definition.
Creates temporary work-around for immediate customer issues where appropriate.
Documents and logs all contacts and actions into database per specified guidelines.
Escalates to Level 2 by packaging, with concise description, actions, and traces required for escalation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any related field.
At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is an advantage.
Familiar with any Service Desk or Helpdesk System to capture user requests and its status- FreshService or any ticketing tool
Ability to perform remote troubleshooting with good communication in English, written or verbal
