The Role
As an Application Support Analyst within our Health and Benefits (H&B) Global Delivery Center team, you will be responsible for supporting the setup and administration of our core broking technology activities and processes for the Asia region. You will be responsible for supporting projects related to these broking technologies from multiple countries, such as client database maintenance, query management and system setup of H&B applications for clients and colleagues.
Performance Objectives
Requires in-depth knowledge of a broking technology platform (or similar internal administration tool) related to the implementation and setup of processes for the business
Work with local health & benefits client teams to implement new processes within the broking technology platform. Specific duties will include:
Creation and maintenance of client records, queries, renewal processes, vendor detail managements
Initiate and conduct internal team calls/meetings to kick-off new engagements and discuss the project plan, steps, timing and roles
Attend necessary meetings/calls on technology and be able to roll out local teams for updates
Work with the local teams on possible improvements in the tool
Support projects where the broking technology will be involved and provide input regarding the tool
Provide reports related to the core broking tool as needed

Contribute to improving the tools and processes and providing solutions to meet the country and process teams and operational efficiency needs
Manage and triage multiple incoming priorities effectively by understanding client needs and meeting standard service level agreements
Ensure all documentation and deliverables are securely managed and saved on appropriate internal client sites (e.g., SharePoint, shared drives, TCT)
People/Clients
Build and maintain good relationships with WTW Local Teams with whom you are working with
Manage priorities, escalations, and provide timely resolutions
Ensure timely response and communications to team requests

Ensure efficient delivery of implementations by following project plans and leveraging best practice tools and templates
Assist with ongoing operational improvements of the process and tools
The Requirements
Experience in data management software, and insurance broking technology exposure is a plus
Graduate of technology related undergraduate course preferred but not required
Working within tight deadlines; balancing time across multiple, simultaneous system requests
Collaboration with a global team, including taking accountability for quality and on-time delivery of own work and involving other team members when appropriate
Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and working across geographic boundaries
Ability to work in a team as well as independently
Strong communication and presentation skills

Proficiency in MS Office applications such as PowerPoint and Excel
