DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be responsible for the overall operation of a unit providing application management services to the client.
Providing analysis, troubleshooting and resolving problems.
Understand SQL terminologies and job functions, including the ability to interpret SQL queries and understand their
purpose and output
Executing SQL scripts and other Ad-hoc Request.
Proficiency in MS Office for data analysis and reporting.
Basic understanding of software development and deployment processes.
Be proactive and propose improvements that will enhance team effectiveness and efficiency.
Enthusiasm and willingness to progress within a functional environment.
Participating in conference call with clients.
Primary Technical abilities:
Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology or any IT related field.
Secondary Technical abilities:
A technical, logical thought process
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
An ability to stick to strict deadlines
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Strong attention to detail
