We are currently looking for an experienced Application Operations Specialist to join our team.
You will play a crucial role in our 24/7 operations. Your responsibilities will encompass all aspects of operation, incident, service, and change handling.
In this role, you will provide technical support for our applications, with a particular focus on ETQ Reliance, our cloud-native Quality Management System (QMS). This system is designed to effectively manage critical business processes and enhance overall quality.
Your responsibilities will involve troubleshooting issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless operation of our systems.
The ideal candidate should possess technical skills in:
Work Schedule
Employees will be expected to adhere to a flexible hybrid work schedule, with a required presence in the office for 2-3 days per week, allowing for customization of work hours within a specified morning or mid-shift time frame.
Candidate Experience
