Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact.

Tower: Intune Skills: Intune SCCM/MECM Application Packaging Workspace ONE Nice to Have Jamf Nice to Have Azure AD L3 Engineers Propose and implement process improvements Adhere to the projects processes and standards Participate in knowledge sharing sessions with the development team and with the Tier2 support members Escalation point from Tier2, respond to support requests and meet client SLA requirements Provide deep technical investigations on issues blocking Tier2 Implement object fixes and complete work unit documentation, if needed Identify and propose possible resolution to project risks and issues Work with team lead on schedule and availability Assist other team members with functional/technical knowledge when necessary Enhance individual skills through continuous learning Prepare and conduct brown bags helping to train Tier2 members to effectively support the solution Support continuous improvement initiatives for clients Coordinate with 3rd party provider for escalated tickets until issues are resolved Provide SME coverage Meet with project stakeholders related to tickets being worked on Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
