Responsibilities
- Lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring successful project delivery- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring project success and customer satisfaction
Qualifications- Bachelor's or College degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, and/or a related fields
Should have at least 4+ years of experience in COBOL
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices
Experience with project management methodologies and tools.- Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies
Experience with relational databases and SQL.
- Experience with mainframe technologies and tools
