SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:

As an Application Group Supervisor, you will be responsible in overseeing project progress, manages resources, expedites activities to meet deadlines, and ensures distributors comply with quality and timeliness requirements in the Distributor Business System. In addition, this role, involves reviewing and enhancing existing processes, protocols, and guidelines periodically, ensuring they align with best practices. It includes monitoring subordinates performance, ensuring compliance with KPIs, and implementing coaching methods for improvement.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Periodically reviews existing processes, work instructions, protocols, and guidelines to continuously improve processes and to check if documentations are still updated and at par with best practices.

Ensures subordinates performance and compliance to KPI, calibrate measures, and as applicable, practices coaching methodologies to improve performance of subordinates.

Oversees progress of assigned projects and objectives, manages resources and fast tracks activities to meet target dates.

Ensures compliance of the Distributors in meeting GCI's quality and timeliness requirements for Distributor Business System.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Work experience:

Graduate of any bachelors degree course.

5 years professional experience in Distributor Business System (implementation of system in Distributors and monitoring compliance of Distributors on set out of requirements and guidelines), with atleast 3 years in a supervisory role.

With industry exposure in Manufacturing and/or FMCG industry is highly preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Strong familiarity in SQL, MS Excel VBA Programming and MS Excel Power Query.

Preferably with experience in SAP Material Master Maintenance.

Excellent exposure in Project Management/Implementation.

Work Arrangement:

Amenable to report on-site daily.

Willing to be assigned in Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
