Discovering the role

This role will be responsible for providing remote support for programming and commissioning of security solutions. You will work closely with our field team to ensure seamless installation, configuration, and troubleshooting across various APAC projects. This role requires strong technical expertise, a customer-focused approach, and flexibility to work across multiple time zones.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide remote support for security system programming and commissioning, addressing technical issues as they arise.
• Demonstrate proficiency in mainstream security technologies and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with the field team to:
• Explain customer standards and naming conventions.
• Develop and verify programming matrices.
• Conduct system programming, commissioning, and software troubleshooting.
• Prepare and review close-out documentation.
• Adapt to flexible working hours to support the APAC region effectively.

Key Qualifications:

• Self-driven and diligent work ethic.
• Strong experience in security system installation, programming, commissioning, and technical troubleshooting.
• Proficient in English, with the ability to communicate effectively at a working level.
• Preferred certifications: LENEL, CCURE, GENETEC, Milestone, or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in a multinational environment is advantageous.
