- Summary: As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements using Workday Report Designer (BIRT). Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing business requirements, and developing custom reports using Workday Report Designer (BIRT).
- Roles & Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and design, build, and configure applications using Workday Report Designer (BIRT). - Develop custom reports using Workday Report Designer (BIRT) to meet business process and application requirements. - Configure and maintain Workday Core Integrations to ensure seamless data flow between Workday and other systems. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Workday Report Designer (BIRT) and Workday Core Integrations.
- Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Workday Report Designer (BIRT). - Additional Must To Have Skills: None - Additional Good To Have Skills: Workday Core Integrations. - Experience in designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. - Strong understanding of Workday architecture and data model. - Experience with Workday Studio and Workday Report Writer. - Experience with Workday HCM and Financials modules. - Experience with web services and APIs. - Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Additional Information: - The candidate should have 3 years of experience in Workday Report Designer (BIRT). - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions. - This position is based in Manila.
