Position Overview: We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Application/Software Support Engineer to provide technical support and assistance for our client's SAAS retail clients in the Philippines. This is a human resource outsourcing position, where you'll be responsible for delivering after-sales service, technical support, and training to ensure the smooth operation of client's software applications.
Responsibilities:
- Provide after-sales service, technical support, and training for client's SAAS retail clients in the Philippines, addressing software installations, network failures, hardware malfunctions, and other IT-related issues.
- Offer effective solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners as necessary to process support requests, incidents, and project activities.
- Follow, update, and create standard operating procedures (SOP) to enhance knowledge management within the team.
- Maintain coverage during standard operating hours and be available for on-call support when required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in software technical support, training, or implementation.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues.
- Preferred experience in POS (Point of Sale), ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), inventory management, or the retail industry.
