Qualifications:- 4-year computer-related course or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years in IT or equivalent experience preferred- Knowledge of SQL Server and Oracle Server preferred
Familiarity with Windows and UNIX systems preferred
- Advantageous to have experience in troubleshooting PCs/servers
Software development experience is an advantage

- First-Level Troubleshooting
Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Monitoring of Scheduled Jobs
- Perform other task assigned by ADM Unit Head / Group Head
