To effectively coordinate, manage, and oversee our client's comprehensive health screening programs, ensuring timely and accurate screening processes between partners.
- Duties and Responsibilities
- Attends meetings on matters of Pre-Employment Medical Examination (PEME)
Monitors compliance of vendors to set SLA (24 hrs) for results
- Monitors compliance of hire to the required tests.
Checks accuracy of results and sends them to authorized POC on agreed time.- Generates Accrual and Final billing reports.
Facilitate the payment for vendors and monitor billing to clients.
- Responsible for the concerns and escalations.
Coordinates with client HR, clinic provider, Account Managers, and Site Clinic Team on the details
(APE/ECU/Spirometry/Audiometry/DT), concerns, processes, and report templates.
- Monitors compliance of vendors to set SLA (10 working days) for results
Monitors compliance with client's associates to the required tests.- Responsible for sending the results to the employees/HR partner.
Generates Accrual and Final billing report.
- Facilitate the payment for vendors and monitor billing to clients.
Responsible for the concerns and escalations.- Generates Daily/Weekly/Monthly Compliance Report
Attends meetings on matters of health screening activities.
- Performs other related health screening functions from time to time.
- Responsible for checking results encoded in the Medbase/DL
Responsible for attending to concerns and issues of clients encountered in the Medbase/DL.- Coordinates with third-party vendor for any related concerns in Medbase/DL
- Background and Qualifications
Graduate of any health-related course.- Clinic or Hospital experience of at least 1 year is an advantage but not required.
