Client Profile: A well-known Japanese company that produces appliances with high quality worldwide. The company launched its first product in 1951, and as of right now, they are focused on sales and distribution.
Position: AP Manager
Industry: Manufacturing Company
Location: Quezon City
Salary: Php80,000
Schedule: Monday - Friday / 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Work Set up: On - site
Requirements:
Bachelor's/College Degree holder.
Open for CPA and Non-CPA.
With 3 years of experience as Accounts Payable Manager.
Willing to work on site from Monday to Friday.
Amenable to attend face to face interview.
Responsibilities:
Accept payments, process, check, and reconcile billing transaction.
Verify entries and computer-generated reports.
Examine invoices or spending reports.
Resolve payment and invoice issues.
Prepare documentation and manage records effectively.
Calculate the necessary amounts for paid invoices in order to handle sales tax reports.
Examine each account to guarantee correctness of payments.
