Job Description:

As an AP and AR Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, collections, payments, and reconciliations. You will lead and develop a high-performing team, provide valuable insights through financial analysis, and optimize processes to ensure efficiency in financial operations.

Job Overview:

Your Daily Tasks:

• Lead AR and AP Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of accounts receivable and accounts payable, managing invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  
• Team Leadership and Development: Provide direction, coaching, and support to the AR and AP teams, fostering professional growth and promoting a collaborative work environment.
  
• Financial Reporting and Analysis: Review and analyze AR and AP reports to monitor cash flow, aging, and outstanding balances, identifying key insights for improvement.
  
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement best practices to streamline AR and AP workflows, enhance efficiency, and reduce errors.
  
• Performance Monitoring: Track key performance metrics for the AR and AP teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and identifying areas for improvement.
  
• Cash Flow Oversight: Ensure timely collections and payments to optimize cash flow and maintain a strong working capital position for the company.
  

Requirements

The Qualifications We Seek:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  
• Experience: 1-2 years in a leadership role within AR, AP, or general accounting.
  
• Language Skills: Proficiency in both spoken and written English for effective communication with global teams.
  
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
  
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and implement effective solutions.
