Job Description

This position is responsible in dealing with account customers (internal and external) inquiries, provide cargo and billing status information through checking the accuracy of global rates and completeness of charges for every shipment, timely dispatch of invoice and maintaining effective communication in order to achieve service excellence to customers.

_Job Description:_
  • To handle all customer's inquiries, complaints, claims follow up, cargo status and verify credit terms, credit status and single point of contact for the account's global queries on air, import, domestic trucking and other shipment modes as required by the client.
To handle bookings and coordinate cargo arrangements (uplift, pick-up time, etc.) with concerned departments locally and globally within company policies and procedures.
  • To handle all communications (i.e, telephone, emails, fax, etc.), inquiries of customers (internal and external) and provide timely responses and escalations as needed
To handle all creation of ATOL for AOG Booking & aeroparts
  • To send pre-alerts on time for both inbound & outbound shipment
To closely monitor 24/7 AOG & all aerospace accounts
  • To update and maintain the integrity of customer's data
To resolve all customer issues/problems and coordinate/escalate to all concerned when needed
  • To comply with customers standards and monitor KPI's as required
To prepare and submit accurate and timely reports required by management and customers
  • To properly file, update, and safe keep all pertinent documents/ records of the company

Qualifications:_
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any course.
Experience in airfreight forwarding and brokerage is an advantage
  • Willing to work on shifting and graveyard schedule should be considered

_Skills Required:_
  • Knowledge of freight forwarding processes for Air & Aeroparts business
Good Communication Skills both oral and written
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
