Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with a flair in animation who is looking to grow their experience across a diverse role. This role supports the Oliver Brown group and multiple hospitality brands across our portfolio. This role offers something different every day, which is why we need a team player who is motivated to make an impact and has a can-do attitude.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the Creative Lead on a range of marketing campaigns from new product launches to new store opening and support franchisees with day-to-day tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead animator for all digital assets across the group including digital display advertisements, TV menus and promotions, brand collateral, presentations, and social media assets.

Designing print, digital and motion assets for the group to support brand identity, marketing and operations including menus, posters, flyers, vouchers, internal publications, packaging and wall graphics.

• Creating new and reworking existing designs for franchisees to use for in-store promotions.

Producing creative solutions within brand guidelines for new product campaigns, store openings and calendar events from concept to completion.

• Supporting with photo library management by resizing and deep-etching photos for multiple uses.

Providing support with all WordPress websites.

Requirements

• Tertiary Graphic Design / Visual Communication qualifications

3-5 years of experience in Graphic Design & Animation

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite software (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects and Premiere Pro)

Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

• Strong experience in animation and video editing

Experience in illustration is desired

• Understanding of website maintenance and UX/UI design

A keen eye for detail

• Great organization, communication, and time management skills

Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth

• Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS

Must be amenable to work in AU hours

• Must be amenable to work in-office as needed
