Job Title : ANALYTICS MANAGER

In the Building industry that offers a platform designed for property inspections and reporting, leveraging
advanced technologies such as AI and computer vision.
ROLE PURPOSE : Develop and implement the overall analytics strategy in alignment with the company's goals and objectives
Build, mentor, and lead a team of analysts, data scientists, and other analytics professionals
Establish best practices, processes, and standards for data collection, analysis, and reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide actionable insights to
drive growth and efficiency
Design and maintain analytics infrastructure, including data warehouses, BI tools, and other analytics
platforms
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all analytics activities
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our analytics capabilities.
QUALIFICATIONS :
BS or MS degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related field OR
equivalent years of work experience
5+ years of experience in analytics, with a proven track record of progressively increasing responsibility
2+ years managing a team of analysts, strong leadership and management skills, and experience building
and developing high-performing teams
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g., AWS,
Google Cloud), and big data systems (e.g., Hadoop, Hive, Spark)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of
information with attention to detail and accuracy
Understanding of data quality, data governance, and data security best practices
Entrepreneurial spirit and an ability to operate comfortably and effectively in a fast-paced, highly cross functional environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and
actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and a fluency in English (both verbal and written).
Preferred Qualifications :
Familiarity with version control systems, modern CI/CD practices, testing, and migration tools for databases
and software
Familiarity with design and implementation of data pipelines to move, transform, and load data from source
systems to data warehouses.
Interpersonal Skills : Comfortable with navigating ambiguity and making decisions when there isn't enough information
