Job Description:- Review third-party draft contracts and assess the Company's liabilities and risks.
Prepare necessary insurance slips based on contract reviews and discuss additional insurance needs with Director or Senior Manager.- Assist contract owners and third-party contractors in understanding insurance requirements to ensure correct policies and wordings are obtained.
Review submitted insurance policies to ensure completeness and compliance with requirements.
- Conduct continuous insurance compliance audits for annual renewal policies of third-party service providers and tenants (e.g., manpower services, Engineering and Hotel Services, retail tenants, transportation, security services).
Manage secured insurances such as Open CARI for construction and General Liability (GL) for service providers.- Assist third-party providers of the Company in obtaining required insurances upon request.
Respond to queries and provide assistance to internal customers regarding risk management and insurance requirements for events and functions.
- Collaborate with risk management consultants to ensure compliance with broker and insurer requirements, including Fire Protection and Life Safety, appraisals, and Underwriting Information.
Arrange, attend to, review, and analyze loss recommendations from the Annual Property Loss Control Report.- Mediate between risk consultants and departments (FSES and Engineering) regarding conflicts and monitor implementation of corrective measures.
Assist in preparing property underwriting information requirements related to FPLS.
- Key Competencies Needed / Relevant Skills
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Management/Administration or related field.- Proficient in English language, both oral and written.
Strong presentation skills.
Minimum of six (6) years of experience in risk management, underwriting, and claims.
- Experience in any or combination of the following product lines: Property, Liability, Crime, and Motor Car.
