DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists the AML Systems and Projects Department Head in the management & implementation of AML-related automation projects
- Provides training and assistance to AML unit personnel and bank units using the AML system and its selected output reports or files
- Prepares or reviews periodic reports for management, internal audit and regulators
- Participates as project team member and as subject matter expert in other unit's automation projects with AML systems impact
- Alternates for the Systems Administration and Maintenance officer in case of absence
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, operations/industrial engineering, information technology or computer science
- At least two (2) years experience in Project Management, EDP Audit, Technology or Policy & Process Formulation / Review
- Knowledge (minimum training / certification course requirements) With banking background; has an appreciation of technology and how to harness it for AML
- Proficient in SharePoint site development and maintenance
- Knowledge and experience with power aps and with familiarity with power automate tools
