Job Description :- Expertise in Amazon Web Services and its modules i.e. ECS, DynamoDB, cloudwatch,RDS
Strong understanding of troubleshooting and debugging techniques.- Experience in monitoring and analyzing system logs and metrics.
Understanding of cloud concepts is a plus
- Roles & Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to critical business systems, identifying and resolving issues within multiple components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues and minimize system downtime.
Utilize AWS and associated tools like AWS DynamoDB, AWS Lambda, and AWS Administration to provide dynamic support to the business systems.- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures and knowledge base articles.
- Professional & Technical Skills:
Expert proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).- Proficiency in AWS DynamoDB, AWS Lambda, and AWS Administration.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving issues within complex business systems.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
