Requirements

Extensive experience with Amazon's platform and Shopify
Proven expertise in: Customer service, Product listings, Inventory tracking, Product sourcing, Competitor research, Managing refunds and Open cases
Strong communication skills, computer literacy, and reliable access to high-speed internet and a laptop
Resourceful and proactive problem-solver
Marketing expertise in: Digital advertising (e.g., Google Ads, Amazon Paid Ads), Running website and email promotions
Proven experience in Website optimization and SEO
Experience with Shopify and Amazon catalog management is highly desirable
