MDM Systems Inc. needs an
Amazon Specialist to work with one of our Australia-based clients. You will be responsible for managing account health, supporting various eCommerce activities, and understanding Amazon seller tools and best practices.
- The role will include, but is not limited to:
Utilize your deep understanding and proven track record in handling Amazon cases, policies, violations, guidelines, and best practices, ensuring compliance at all times.
Monitor account health metrics and proactively identify areas for improvement and resolutions.
Create and manage product listings, keywords, titles, categories, and descriptions for Amazon websites.
Conduct product research and outsourcing, manage inventory, process orders, and provide customer support as needed.
Compile data and generate reports using spreadsheets/Google Sheets to analyze eCommerce metrics and trends.
Assist with other related tasks in support of business operations as required.
- Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
At least 1-2 years of experience in the Amazon industry with a strong understanding of eCommerce trends, metrics, and best practices.
Proven track record of successfully managing account health and resolving complex issues on the Amazon platform.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel/Google Sheets for creating and managing spreadsheets.
Comfortable managing tedious, repetitive, multiple tasks and deadlines on an ongoing basis
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with team members and external partners.
