We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Inventory & Logistics Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge and experience of Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) processes, including shipments, inventory management, returns and reconciliation. The FBA Specialist will play a key role in optimizing our FBA operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with Amazon's guidelines. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- FBA Operations:
- Manage end-to-end FBA processes, including creating shipments, labeling, and ensuring compliance with Amazon's FBA requirements across multiple US Amazon Seller Central accounts
- Creation, management, and monitoring of freight/small parcel courier shipments with multiple US-based shipping partners for inbound FBA shipments
- Coordinate and optimize FBA shipments to meet delivery deadlines and minimize costs.
- Inventory Management:
- Oversee warehouse inventory levels, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation with internal systems.
- Oversee FBA inventory levels, ensuring accurate and timely reconciliation with internal systems.
- Implement inventory control measures to prevent stockouts and overstock situations across multiple US Amazon Seller Central accounts.
- Returns Processing:
- Handle FBA returns, including inspection, restocking, and reconciliation for all the companys Amazon accounts.
- Report FBA inventory reconciliation each week for proper inventory accounting
- Communication and Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams to align FBA activities with overall business objectives.
- Maintain clear communication with Amazon Seller Central and other relevant platforms.
- Data Analysis:
- Utilize data analysis tools to assess FBA performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Generate reports on key FBA metrics and provide insights to optimize logistics and inventory processes.
- Problem Resolution:
- Address and resolve issues related to FBA shipments, inventory discrepancies, and returns in a timely manner.
- Proactively identify and implement solutions to enhance FBA efficiency.
- Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to Amazon's FBA policies and guidelines.
- Stay updated on changes in FBA requirements and implement necessary adjustments.
- Daily management and maintenance of inventory reporting software(s) and Excel spreadsheets for accurate inventory status, movement, and location(s)
- Support any additional team functions related to inventory and logistics
Qualifications
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years proven experience in managing FBA operations, including shipments, inventory, and returns.
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and FBA processes.
- Experience with written/verbal communication and coordination with US-based freight forwarding companies
- Experience with written/verbal communication and coordination with US-based 3PL warehouse(s)
- Must have experience overseeing SKU assortments larger than 150 products
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Familiarity with third-party logistics (3PL) and other e-commerce platforms.
- Experience with inventory management software.
