Amazon FBA Inventory Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Amazon FBA Inventory Specialist with a deep knowledge of FBA on Amazon. If you are passionate about Amazon, e-commerce, and online sales, and have a knack for optimizing product listings and driving sales on Amazon, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team. As an Amazon FBA Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing all aspects of our Amazon FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) operations. You will play a crucial role in maximizing sales, optimizing product listings, ensuring inventory management, and improving overall performance on the Amazon platform.

Key Responsibilities:

FBA Optimization:

  • Daily inventory management of our Amazon FBA account while ensuring appropriate inventory levels are maintained.
  • Generate FBA shipment plans and communicate and work directly with our warehouse to ensure Amazon FBA shipments are fulfilled correctly and timely.

Inventory Management:

  • Coordinate with the Purchasing department to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
  • Implement strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock situations, optimizing inventory turnover and storage costs.

Marketplace Analysis:

  • Conduct regular analysis to understand market trends, pricing strategies, and product offerings.
  • Use insights to develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge and capitalize on market opportunities.

Compliance and Policy Adherence:

  • Stay up-to-date with Amazon policies, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Ensure all activities comply with Amazon's terms of service and policies to maintain account health and prevent any potential issues or suspensions.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Stay informed about the latest trends, tools, and techniques in e-commerce and Amazon FBA.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing Amazon FBA operations and driving sales growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and FBA processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Certification or training in Amazon FBA or e-commerce management is a plus.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in inventory management or a related role.
  • Proven experience in managing Amazon FBA operations.
  • Strong skills in optimizing product listings and driving sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
