Amazon Ecommerce Account Manager

Job Summary

You will provide the best service to our partner client by performing these tasks:

_Catalog Management_

• Work with cross-functional teams to onboard new products (ASINs) and update existing listings.

Own case management to help resolve any issues in a timely manner (ex: Brand Registry, Errors, suppression, or any additional assistance needed)

• Monitor unauthorized sellers, counterfeit products, and brand infringements.

Monitor product availability, pricing, reviews, and descriptions to optimize sales performance.

• Conduct keyword research and optimize product listings for search visibility and conversion.

_Inventory Management_

• Assist in demand and inventory planning

Forecast promotional sales and trends

_Advertising_

• Develop and execute Amazon advertising campaigns to drive traffic and sales.

Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics, such as ACoS (Advertising Cost of Sales), CTR (Click-Through Rate), and ROAS (Return on Advertising Spend).

• Optimize ad spend and targeting to achieve desired campaign objectives.

Monitor keyword rankings, search trends, and competitor activities on Amazon.

• Use tools and analytics to track product visibility, rank changes, and keyword performance.

_Reporting_

• Maintain master report tracking (goal and trend analysis)

Maintain inventory status report for Vendor and Seller central

• Maintain advertising dashboard utilizing Skai

• Who are we looking for

Previous proven experience in Amazon e-commerce management on both seller and vendor central for at least 3 years

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Familiarity with Amazon policies, guidelines, and best practices.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Willing to work ONSITE in ORTIGAS, PASIG CITY.
