Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Project Manager to lead the coordination and execution of multi-channel eCommerce projects for our clients. This role will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of eCommerce initiatives across platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify. The eCommerce Project Manager will be responsible for planning, execution, and oversight of projects, ensuring that tasks are completed on time, within scope, and with maximum impact. This role requires strong project management skills, familiarity with eCommerce tools and platforms, and a proactive approach to client communication and team coordination.
Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and milestones.
- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure project objectives are met, adapting as needed to stay on track.
Platform Management & Optimization:
- Oversee the optimization of product listings, SEO, and A/B testing across multiple platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify).
- Ensure listings comply with platform policies and regulations to maintain account health.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, keyword rankings, and competitor activity, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Cross-functional Team Coordination:
- Coordinate with marketing, content, inventory, and fulfillment teams to align on project objectives and timelines.
- Facilitate effective communication across departments, keeping stakeholders updated on project progress.
- Assign and track tasks in project management tools like ClickUp to ensure timely completion.
Client & Stakeholder Communication:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and upcoming initiatives.
- Prepare agendas, summaries, and follow-up actions for client meetings, ensuring accountability and follow-through on all tasks.
- Handle client inquiries with professionalism and attention to detail, keeping client satisfaction as a top priority.
Data Analysis & Performance Monitoring:
- Regularly analyze key metrics such as Best Seller Rank (BSR), inventory levels, and sales performance.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities and industry trends.
- Present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders for strategic decision-making.
Risk Management & Compliance:
- Identify potential project risks and take proactive steps to mitigate them.
- Ensure that all activities adhere to platform policies and are in full compliance with guidelines.
- Maintain updated documentation and training materials for internal reference and team training.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably within eCommerce or digital marketing environments.
- Proven expertise with Amazon Seller Central and experience managing accounts across other platforms (Walmart, Shopify).
- Strong knowledge of SEO, A/B testing, and best practices for eCommerce listing optimization.
- Proficiency with project management tools like ClickUp, as well as Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong data analysis skills to interpret performance metrics and translate them into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience in client-facing roles.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
