The Alumni Engagement Coordinator and Communications Specialist will be responsible for supporting alumni engagement initiatives through program coordination and communications activities.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
Write and layout one Alumni in the Spotlight article per month
- Coordinate with alumni and the MCO for posting and promotion
Assist in drafting and disseminating announcements to alumni.- Prepare post-event write-ups as necessary, highlighting alumni gatherings and activities.
Newsletter: Compile and distribute one Alumni Newsletter every quarter using Canva. Distribution is through Alumni Information Management System and Viber Core and MC webpage
Bachelor's Degree in communication or related field.
- Experience in managing social media accounts.
Experience in creating digital content.- Experience in using digital tools for engagement.
Strong writing and communication skills
- Proficiency in layout design and Canva or similar graphic design tools.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including alumni, MCO, and other departments.
Fixed Term: July 2024 to July 2025
