Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen- Consistently and correctly performs and executes the Service Standard
Ensures all areas of the dining (including floor and CR) are clean, properly set-up and ready for the operations
- Set up tables and chairs according to the specific floor plan
Wipes and prepares and refill the necessary containers for condiments, table napkins, utensils, etc.- Checks and re-stocks service station and sees to it that the par stock is maintained.

- Attends and participates to briefing and meetings
Takes orders and serve food and beverages items and check the completeness of all items ordered- Operate the POS for order taking and billing out
Studies the menu, familiarizes him/herself with the restaurant's specialties and describes the menu items to the guests when the need arises.
- Perform effective selling techniques
Participates during monthly inventory of dining
