RESPONSIBILITIES:- In charge of sanitation, cleanliness, hygiene as well as the quality level of products and services;
Ensure store areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness standard and cleaning schedules are followed and completed;- Assist Chefs and kitchen staff with various task as needed;
Take all necessary actions to reduce the breakage of kitchen wares;
- Enforces proper cleaning routines for service ware, equipment, floor, etc;
Enforces proper use and cleaning of all equipment/machinery;- Ensures all food holding and transport equipment is in working order;
Preparation of Purchase Requisition Form (PRF) for packaging and food & vegetables submitted on time to Purchasing Department;
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
Perform other tasks that the superiors may assign from time to time.
Proven experience as All Around Kitchen Helper,- Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Knowledge of best kitchen practices
At least High School/Vocational diploma- Experience in a Korean restaurant/cuisine is also a plus
Minimum 1 year experience in hotel/resort
- Excellent customer service skills
Flexibility to work nights, weekends & holidays
6 days / week
