- In charged of Sales generation from Delivery/Aggregators/Take-Out Transaction.
- Profitability of overall Trailer Operations.
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction thru Cleanliness, Product Quality and Omotenashi (Hospitality).
- Manage People and make sure Trailer Operations SOPs are followed.
