Qualifications: Candidates must be at least in college level, preferably a degree holder.- Must have at least 1 year of call center or BPO experience with at least 6 months of customer service experience supporting a ride hailing service, reservation, and concierge work or in the transportation, and travel sectors.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to convey professionalism and warmth.
- Strong service awareness is a must.
