Job Description

Qualifications:

Candidates must be at least in college level, preferably a degree holder.
  • Must have at least 1 year of call center or BPO experience with at least 6 months of customer service experience supporting a ride hailing service, reservation, and concierge work or in the transportation, and travel sectors.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English with the ability to convey professionalism and warmth.
  • Strong service awareness is a must.
  • Multichannel Support Exp (Email, Phone, Chat)
  • Good Customer Service Skills

Experience supportingthe APAC Market.
Amenable to report onsite, graveyard shift*
Strong problem-solving abilities, with a knack for finding creative solutions to complex requests.

Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring no aspect of a client's request is overlooked.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, coordinating seamlessly with various teams.

Tech-savvy with experience using CRM systems and communication tools preferred.

A passion for luxury experiences and a genuine desire to exceed client expectations.

Rigorous work attitude, consumer-oriented, responsible, and stress-resistant.
