Job Description

The general duties and responsibilities of a Ticketing Assistant are as follows:
  • Provide booking and reservation services to corporate clients/customers.
Deal with customer inquiries and reservations, both in person and over the phone.
  • Provide customers with information regarding flight schedules, fares, and connections.
Strive to provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • Requirements: Graduate of BS in Tourism Management Major in Travel and Tour Operations or related course with at least 6 months experience in ticketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift


Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
