The general duties and responsibilities of a Ticketing Assistant are as follows:
- Provide booking and reservation services to corporate clients/customers.
Deal with customer inquiries and reservations, both in person and over the phone.- Provide customers with information regarding flight schedules, fares, and connections.
Strive to provide excellent customer service at all times.
- Requirements: Graduate of BS in Tourism Management Major in Travel and Tour Operations or related course with at least 6 months experience in ticketing.
