Key Responsibilities
Monitor and assist in daily flight operations, including check-in, boarding, and departures.
Coordinate with ground staff, flight crews, and other departments to ensure timely and efficient service.
Handle passenger inquiries and resolve issues related to flight changes, delays, and cancellations.
Assist with baggage handling processes and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Maintain accurate records of flight operations and generate reports as needed.
Support the implementation of operational procedures and best practices.
Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service quality and efficiency.
Participate in training and development initiatives to stay updated on industry standards.
Requirements
At least HS Graduate ( old curriculum) / SHS Graduate
