Job Description:
- Provides preventive and predictive maintenance of the airconditioning and electrical systems, conducting daily rounds and readings.
- Leads successful installation and repair of air conditioning system together with electrical systems and wirings.
- Completes daily assigned works and accomplishes the work order form. Activities involve servicing of bearings, fans, control panels, motors, etc.
- Logs daily activities into a turnover logbook to update the team with progress and new issues.
- Carries out troubleshooting unplanned work orders.
- Performs repair by dismounting, mounting, overhauling, lifting, polishing, and repairing welding to recondition damaged/shabby equipment.
