Carries out preventive maintenance of Air Conditioning, Vacuum pump, Air Compressor equipment and systems.
Repair minor faulty Air Conditioning, Vacuum pump and Air Compressor equipment.
Carriers out routine checks and logs of the status of equipment twice a day (day shift and Night shift)
Ensure that the machine/equipment is ON at the right time.
Trouble-shoot machine/ equipment malfunctions, diagnose problems and perform maintenance.
Check and maintain pumps, motors, filters, belts compressors, piping and piping connections.
Collect data for reports.
Assist contractors in repairing of fans, pumps, heaters and motors.
Perform facility maintenance including general cleanup of area and, as directed, surrounding areas which includes lawn and grounds maintenance, trash removal, glass cleaning, and equipment & building repairs.
Conduct monthly inventory of all consumable stocks and spare parts and inform the superior the status of inventory
Conduct yearly checking of Aircon ducting.
Conduct hourly monitoring of room temperature and humidity.
And also when irregular accrue monitor the temperature and humidity.Qualification- Single/Married
- at least Vocational course
- With less than 1 year experience
- With knowledge in cleaning aircon
- With experience in janitorial job
- Physically fit to work
- With complete requirements like SSS, Pag ibig, Philhealth, TIN etc.
- No visible tattooHighest Education Attainment:At least Vocational Graduate
