: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to oversee property sales and operations within our Airbnb portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for hospitality.Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive property sales and maximize occupancy rates.
Build and maintain relationships with property owners and hosts to ensure satisfaction and retention.- Lead a team responsible for property management, including listing optimization, pricing strategies, and guest communication.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Implement operational efficiencies and best practices to enhance the guest experience and streamline processes.
Requirements
:- Experience in sales, operations, or property management, preferably within the hospitality or vacation rental industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
Exceptional analytical abilities and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.- Knowledge of Airbnb platform and familiarity with property management software is a plus.

Pay: Php15,- 00 - Php17,000.00 per month
