We are seeking a talented
AI Engineer to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of transforming customer interactions through advanced conversational AI solutions.
- Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and optimize conversational AI solutions using Google's Contact Center AI, DialogFlow, and other related technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy AI-driven customer service applications.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for AI solutions.- Conduct research and stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in conversational AI and machine learning.
Perform data analysis and model training to enhance the performance and accuracy of AI systems.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AI applications.
Document processes, models, and code to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.
- Professional & Technical Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.- Proven experience in developing conversational AI applications, preferably with Google's DialogFlow.
Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning principles.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business analyst mindset.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
