Introduction: We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative AI Developer to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with expertise in AI technologies and experience in building intelligent portals. This role involves creating an AI-powered portal that will allow seamless interaction with files and data stored on SharePoint, including sophisticated control over permissions and data management.
Design and develop an AI portal that integrates with SharePoint to enable querying and
interaction with stored data using natural language processing.
Implement and manage access controls and permission settings within the AI portal to
ensure data security and compliance with internal policies.
Develop machine learning models to enhance the understanding and categorization of
large datasets within our corporate shares.
Work closely with IT and cybersecurity teams to ensure the AI portal adheres to all security
protocols and data protection regulations.
Continuously update and refine AI algorithms based on user feedback and evolving data
management needs.
Document all phases of the AI portal development process and ensure scalability and
maintenance of the system.
Lead project planning, milestones setting, and timeline management, ensuring deliverables
meet quality standards and project timelines.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine
Learning, or a related field.
Proven experience in AI development and familiarity with AI technologies and frameworks
(e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or other relevant programming languages.
Experience with natural language processing and machine learning model development.
Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint architecture and data management principles.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and drive projects with minimal supervision.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and integrating AI services. such as
OpenAi and Microsoft CoPilot.
Knowledge of data security, encryption, and compliance frameworks.
Prior experience in managing large datasets and developing portals for data interaction.
