Job Summary:- Ensure the daily routine of seeding, transplanting, harvesting, fertilization, and packing are completed.
Ensure the sanitation protocol is completed.- Assist in the execution of overall task required by Agripreneur to ensure completion of the cycle in the greenhouse.
Will assist in the application of plant protection and mixing of fertilizers, comply, monitor, and gather data at a specific time.
Minimum Qualifications (Non-Negotiable):
- High School or college graduate
* Attentive to detail, punctual, honest, attitude towards work, motivated to learn, can work under pressure, flexible, open to heavy work, and can stay under the sun.
