The Agile Coach helps individuals and teams adopt and improve their agile methodologies and practices. They act as mentors, facilitators, coaches, and educators, guiding teams towards achieving their goals by fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and experimentation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Facilitating agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Providing coaching and mentorship to individuals and teams to help them develop their skills and adopt agile practices.
- Identifying roadblocks to team success and helping teams to overcome them.
- Promoting the values and principles of Agile within the organization.
- Providing training and education to team members and stakeholders to help them understand Agile principles and practices.
- Supporting organizational change initiatives by helping teams and stakeholders to adopt new ways of working.
- Performs other related functions from time to time
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field
- 2-5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Agile Transformation, Scrum, Project Management, and Change Management
