Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as an Agency Manager at Allianz PNB Life in Manila, with the flexibility for some remote work. The Agency Manager will oversee the recruitment, training, and development of agents, drive sales targets, and work to expand the agency network. Daily tasks include monitoring agency performance, conducting training sessions, and collaborating with other departments to achieve business goals.

This is an agency position with a variable pay structure.
