Analyze volume of repairs by store on a monthly basis- Proficient computer skills including all Microsoft Office applications
Sell after-market products to dealership customers
- Prospect on a day-to-day basis by phone, mail, and person to person
Ensure customers are 100% satisfied- Inspect all vehicles prior to delivery and explain and demonstrate operation of all current equipment
Make appointments for customers to have accessories installed
- Work with vendors to ensure good pricing and service
Work with Service and Parts Managers to ensure good communication and working relationships between departments- Follow dealership guidelines for sale of accessories
