- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers post-sales, addressing inquiries and providing support related to vibration analysis products.
- Conduct analysis and diagnostics on customer equipment using vibration analysis techniques to identify issues and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with customers to develop maintenance and repair plans based on vibration analysis findings.
- Provide training and guidance to customers on best practices for implementing vibration analysis programs.

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Strong background in vibration analysis with hands-on experience in the field.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in after-sales support or technical customer service.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites.
