The After Sales Engineer will directly report to the After Sales Supervisor. He will assist in the research of new products, diagnoses, and repairs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducts daily assessment of products and prepares recommendations.
Follows & executes directives from the After-Sales Head on continuous improvement.- Responsible for diagnoses, troubleshooting, and repairs.
Conducts preventive maintenance to our clients.
- Makes product research, keeps updated with the trends, and attends training.
Prepares BOM/BOQ- Attends to After-Sales inquiries from internal & external clients.
Qualifications:
- College graduate of Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering (formerly Electronics and Communications Engineering)
Knowledge on analog circuit design, digital circuit design, design methodologies and flows, basic debugging or electronics troubleshooting
- Can read designs, diagrams, plans
Proficient with MS Office- Has work experience handling but not limited to CCTV cameras, and other Security access devices

Pay: Php18,- 00 - Php20,000.00 per month
